With a Jay London Home, you’ll never choose from a template. Every home is designed from the homeowner’s vision and constructed with the most supreme architectural craftsmanship in home building. We consciously limit the number of homes in construction at a given point in time, so that each one of our homes receives a high level of attention and remain on the established construction schedule. We are 100% transparent. You see every invoice so you know where every penny is going to build your home. We also work closely with several local banks to help you get construction financing if you don't have a bank for your construction financing. Our clients can count on us every step of the way. Even after your home is built, we are there for you if anything occurs. We offer a 1-year builders warranty and a 10-year structural warranty. Our primary goal is to make our homeowners happy.
